From your brother, with love – 2

A series of emails sent by a younger brother to his elder sister, full of love.

Dear didi,

How are you? I was thinking lately, that there comes a time in a person’s life, when destiny smiles upon him(or her) and grants that person whatever their heart truly desires. At such times, the air feels like a breeze, the flowers seem a bit brighter and the world looks a little too beautiful. The heart then is filled with love and gratitude and feels joy like nothing it has ever felt.

But none of that applies to stone hearted people who have lost every faculty to feel and have rather employed them in senseless pursuit of sadism towards younger siblings to the point that they(the senses) are blunted and rendered useless. It would surprise me if you could tell a stone from a coconut and comparing the two with my face is just another testament to your ignorance.

Anyhoo, the point being, you should be grateful. It is a blessing in life, when destiny stops smiling and starts laughing at your sorry existence and yet you have a younger brother who stands by you; doing your chores or whatever. Feel grateful that I do whatever you ask me to do, whenever you ask me to do. It is of my own volition that I do it. I am not scared of anyone. No one can make me do it by force. No one. And don’t forward this to dad.

The song that you asked was difficult to find. One can also say that it wasn’t willing to be found. It is plausible. Very. Considering that even the universe has a way of doing things or avoiding catastrophes. Who knows what might happen to the singer now or the entire music industry for that matter. You might consider it hyperbole but I have seen the face of Death: been seeing it for a couple of decades now at my home. Oh Lord! Do Thou punish the wicked!

Jokes aside(and none of the above were any), you still lack on the previous payment at your end. I expect a PS5 or Xbox X within the next month. Or you suffer the consequences. And this correspondence better stay between the two of us. For safety purposes, yours of course.

See ya!

Yours truly(not that I have a choice of being someone else’s)

You know who.
